Tress Essence, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product – including our range of Multivitamins Hair Boosters Tablets, Hair Growth Serum, Defender Anti Dandruff Shampoo, Purity Shampoo (Post Hair Transplant), G.O.A.T Shampoo & Conditioner, Sarv Shrestha Hair Oil, and Sarv Shrestha Hair Cleanser Shampoo – is delivered in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where issues arise, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is here to support you.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at contact.tressessence@gmail.com with your order number and images of the wrong product received.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
- The product must be unused and sealed in its original packaging.
Item Damaged
If your order arrives damaged or with tampered packaging:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the damage and outer packaging at contact.tressessence@gmail.com
- After inspection, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund – as per your preference.
- The damaged product must be kept safe until our team inspects or collects it.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. You must contact our support team immediately at contact.tressessence@gmail.com
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- For prepaid orders cancelled in time, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges on a Purchase
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
- If a return or replacement is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

- If any pricing error or mismatch occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund.
