Tress Essence, we are committed to delivering high-quality hair care products like Hair Growth Serum, Multivitamins Hair Boosters Tablets, Defender Anti Dandruff Shampoo, G.O.A.T Shampoo & Conditioner, Purity Shampoo (Post-Transplant), and Sarv Shrestha Hair Oil & Cleanser—with care and on time. Order Handling & Shipping
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India.
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
Note: Delays may occur during high-demand periods, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you’ve received a different product than what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.tressessence@gmail.com
- Provide your Order ID and clear images of the product received.
- We will verify and arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch the correct product at no extra cost.
- The wrong item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
Item Damaged
In the rare event your product arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us with photos or videos showing the damage and external packaging.
- Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
- Keep the product and packaging safely until our team confirms the next steps.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, email us immediately with your Order ID.
- For prepaid orders cancelled on time, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges on a Purchase
- Standard shipping is free on orders above a certain threshold (displayed at checkout).
- If shipping charges apply, they are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item sent by us.
- In case of a return caused by our error, we will bear the entire shipping and return cost.
Important Note on Hygiene & Product Eligibility
Due to the personal care nature of products like serums, shampoos, oils, conditioners, and tablets:
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
